Mason, Ohio; Aug. 7, 2025 – As the 2025 Cincinnati Open enters a bold new era with a $260 million venue renovation, expanded schedule, and the deepest player field in tournament history, SMT is back at the Lindner Family Tennis Center to deploy a full suite of services for every facet of the tournament’s operations, scoring infrastructure and fan experience. This year’s tournament runs from Aug. 5-18.
SMT is delivering the official scoring and data distribution in partnership with the ATP and WTA tours. Utilizing its powerful scoring network, SMT will deliver real-time match data to LED boards, web applications, CCTV systems and broadcast platforms. SMT will also power the tournament’s enhanced serve speed displays and serve clock content, now expanded to all 10 match courts.
In addition to scoring services, SMT is producing a dynamic and immersive in-venue content experience. A dedicated team of SMT production managers and operators will execute full content productions across P&G Center Court, Grandstand Court, Stadium 3, Champions Court and a new 28-foot video board in the Pavilion. Fans will also enjoy SMT’s automated Court Channel system, which delivers a rotating playlist of live scores, stats, sponsor messages, player bios, draw graphics, and more across venue displays and online platforms. New permanent infrastructure—including an on-site SMT production studio—ensures seamless delivery of services for years to come.
“SMT continues to be a valued partner as we evolve the Cincinnati Open into a best-in-class experience,” said Jansen Dell, Chief Operating Officer of the Cincinnati Open. “Their production support, content tools, and real-time systems are essential to both the behind-the-scenes operations and the on-site fan experience.”
